Group Travel Registration - Participant Information
Global Operations will start a registration for all of your participants based on the information you have previously submitted. Your participants will receive a notification that they need to complete their personal details, such as in-country emergency contact and passport information. All participants will also be required to sign the travel waiver. The group leader will also be required to complete this information.
Please collect all names and UTNLs (jsmith01) from your participants (and include your own) and then upload it to your Group Travel Registration Request.
